The Squeak Foundation Election Results are in. I really like the way the Squeak Foundation does its elections. They're completely open and democratic. Compare that with the way the last STIC election was run - voting only by the existing board members instead of the STIC members. I'd like to see STIC run its "vote for STIC president" as an open democratic process elected by the STIC members. Naturally the board itself will probably remain a corporate thing, since they represent the Industry part of Smalltalk Industry Council.
