We're currently in the process of switching over to some new webserver technology written in Smalltalk (we currently run it all with Apache and some bash scripts). This change over will happen in the next few weeks.
As such, registrations for the Developer Program are current lagging behind. I'll be able to catch all of these up when the new website goes live. Please be patient, your details have not been lost - it is not an email scraping black hole.
