If you follow Smee's status, you may have noticed a huge milestone passing without nary a hip hip horray. Smee can now use native Smalltalk objects as if they were ECMAScript objects!

What does this mean for everyone? Well, you can add scripting to your program and write a simple manual describing the objects in your system as if they were ecmascript objects - rather like IE6's "JScript Behaviours"

For WithStyle, this means that Smee is one step closer to doing DOM objects in ECMAScript, which is a huge step forward to being Javascript - which would make WithStyle a prime candidate to be a 'JS language' as well as a 'Smalltalk language' environment.
